2012 l200 intermitent turbo black smoke erratic throttle

Hi all new here, have a 2012 l200 178hp having intermitent turbo from cold or got, black smoke noisy diesel knock and general over boost over fuel and under no eml or fault codes, any suggestions ive tried the boost pipes and vacum etc but all seem fine
